The application typically takes about 20-30 minutes and may be completed by yourself or designated third-party. Zeal Reserve Capital Partners is a 506(c) fund, so we are required by federal law to collect from our investors the following information:

  • Personal identification (picture ID, TIN/SSN, etc)
  • Proof of Accredited Investor status (net worth or income verification)
  • Source of income (W2, 1099, inheritance, etc.)
