As part of our Administrative Services team, you understand the challenges presented by social and environmental causes, and you find effective and creative solutions to meet those challenges.

As an innovative company, we move fast which means we need a dedicated administrative team who can help bring order to chaos and assistance in time of need. As the face of Zeal Reserve, they are the welcoming liaison between visitors, guests and employees. Everyday, they bridge organizations, promote partnerships and provide the essential services that keep our business running smoothly.

Compliance

Our division prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm and helps to strengthen the firm’s culture of compliance. Compliance accomplishes these through the firm’s enterprise-wide compliance risk management program. As an independent control function and part of the firm’s second line of defense, Compliance assesses the firm’s compliance, regulatory and reputational risk; monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training; conducts independent testing; investigates, surveils and monitors for compliance risks and breaches; and leads the firm’s responses to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries. You’ll be part of a team with members from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, such as law, accounting, political science, and criminal justice. We look for those who possess sound judgment, curiosity, and are able to adapt to a changing regulatory landscape.

Engineering

Finance

We’re a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s liquidity, capital and risk, and providing the overall financial control and reporting functions. Whether assessing the creditworthiness of the firm’s counterparties, monitoring market risks associated with trading activities, or offering analytical and regulatory compliance support, our work contributes directly to the firm’s success. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong ethics and attention to detail.

Global Investment Research

From macroeconomic forecasts to individual coin analysis, our team develops tools and insights to help shape investment strategies for clients and the firm. Our analysts work on data-focused research in DeFi, cryptocurrency, and emerging projects, mining big data that enters markets around the world each day to identify game-changing insights. You’ll be part of a team that is intellectually curious, creative, analytical, and passionate about performing market research.
